Worldwide delivery
BARAZZI delivers its products in France, across the European Union and worldwide.

Delivery costs
As every product is made to order, delivery costs are calculated for each order. They are shown on the free quotation, then on the order form. Where an Incoterm is stated on the order form, it sets the delivery terms.

Customs and taxes
For any delivery outside the European Union, and unless the order form states otherwise, customs duties, import taxes and customs formalities are the customer’s responsibility.

Lead times
Products are made after the order is placed. The delivery lead time is stated on the quotation and on the order form.

Receiving your order
On delivery, check the condition of the packages and note any reservations on the delivery note. Then let us know in writing at contact@barazzi.com, with photos, within 7 days of receipt.

Transfer of risk
For business customers, risk passes as soon as the goods are handed to the carrier. For consumers in the European Union, it passes when they take physical possession of the goods.
