Refund policy

Made to order
Every BARAZZI product is made after you order, to the specifications agreed with you and set out on the quotation and the order form: dimensions, configuration, materials, finishes, colours and options. A product made in this way cannot be taken back or resold as it is.

Returns
We do not accept returns of made-to-order or customised products, except where BARAZZI acknowledges a lack of conformity. For consumers, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to their specifications (Article L221-28, 3° of the French Consumer Code; Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU). This is stated on the quotation and on the order form.

Damaged or non-conforming products
On delivery, check the condition of the packages and note any reservations on the delivery note. Then let us know in writing at contact@barazzi.com, with photos and a precise description, within 7 days of receipt. Where a defect is acknowledged, BARAZZI will choose between repair, replacement or a credit note.

Refunds
The deposit paid with the order is non-refundable, except where the law requires a refund, in particular when the sale is cancelled for failure to deliver or lack of conformity.

Consumers in the European Union
The legal guarantee of conformity (two years from delivery) and the warranty against hidden defects apply, regardless of the time limits above.
